A seller's permit is required for anyone selling goods that are subject to state sales and use tax.
We request all vendors use biodegradable serving products.
Food Vendors and Natural Foods Sampling must obtain a Health permit.
If you have further questions you may contact the Sonoma County Health Department directly and speak with David Mesagno at 707-565-6548 or send an email to the Health Department.
